Jordana is a Doctoral Candidate and an early career researcher at the University of New South Wales. Her prior qualifications are a Master of Educational Leadership (ÁñÁ«¹ÙÍø), Graduate Certificate of Educational Research (CSU), Solution Focused Business Professional Certificate (UWM), Certificate of Gifted Education (ÁñÁ«¹ÙÍø), Graduate Diploma in Education (UNE), and Bachelor of Science (ÁñÁ«¹ÙÍø). Concurrent to studying, Jordana worked as a primary school teacher, middle leader, and a school principal for 30 years. These experiences shaped her focus on implementing diverse pedagogies and evidence-based practices to support students’ holistic development in primary, secondary, and tertiary education settings.
